Beloved « Oui ou Non »is a solo contemporary dance performance,choreographed by dancer herself Kezia Jonah.
‘‘ Woman is the pillar of humanity. Through love, she gives life to man andinstills in him the values that make him proud. Despite her inescapableimportance to human existence, women unfortunately remain, for somepeople, a marginalized being. To remedy this, the fight must be led mainly byherself. All women are greatly deserving of love and respect.”
This performance honors all the women who have endured trauma physical and moral abuse,dancer relived these events using images, different personalities stories of lacked bravery to speak out.

Telling the story of our heritage, giving value to our craft
Praising our knowledge ,and shedding light on our home, Before it disappears. It serves as a metaphor for a noble material, utilized in a savoir-faire passed down through generations, yet slowly being set aside in favor of modernity. It is a thread to unravel intricacies of our societies to preserve elders; wisdom in the context of climate change. This danced tale is the result of collective works by young artists from Senegal, Madagascar,Gabon, the Comoros Islands, and France.
All of them have firsthand witnessed the devastating impacts of climate change. Moved by their experiences and a shared sense of urgency, they embarked on a journey to craft a narrative that not only educates but also captivates and inspires action. KEUR is more than just a performance. It is a heartfelt portrayal of an African approach to climate solutions.
Through emotive choreography and powerful storytelling, the production guides its audience on a transformative journey featuring dancers, a comedian, and a singer, to celebrate the resilience of communities and the preservation of cultural heritage. For this show,African Loop an organization dedicated to the green economy and art production, partnered with Ecole des Sables the renowned Senegalese dance school founded by Germaine Acogny and Helmut Vogt.
